Our annual deacon/widow banquet will be Saturday, July 24, at noon. Widows and widowers will soon receive an invitation in the mail for this event. Your deacon will contact you to see if you will be able to attend. We serve a fabulous meal at this banquet and it is a dress-up event. Everyone is asked to wear your Sunday dress for the occasion. A corsage will be given to each lady at the door. Also, our deacons will chauffer any widow or widower, who needs a ride, to the banquet.
