Open Your Trunk – October 30

This Wednesday night, our Trunk or Treat Family night will take place from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. We need you to sign up today at the Ticket Center to volunteer to open your trunk for this event. We have big blue buckets out to collect candy to use for the Trunk or Treat. We will also be participating in the City of Olive Branch's Trunk-or-Treat on Thursday, 10/31/24. We need a lot of candy for both of these events.

Men’s Breakfast – November 2

Get your tickets today at the Ticket Center for $5 to attend the LaBelle Men’s breakfast on Saturday, November 2, at 8:00 a.m. Please use this breakfast as an opportunity for outreach.

Deacon Election Begins Today

Today you will find a deacon nomination form inside your bulletin. These forms share the qualifications for and the process we use for electing deacons. You may nominate up to 4 men (who are NOT currently serving as a deacon) to serve as deacons. The nomination period will be open from October 20 – November 6.

Primetimers ~ October 24

Our next Primetimers meeting is this Thursday, October 24, at 11:30 a.m. Our members and guests over the age of 55 are invited to join us. The church will provide the meat and we are asking members to provide the sides and desserts. Following the meal, our Primetimers will hear a message from one of OBPD's officers: "protecting seniors from scams."

Youth Going To Judgment House

We have made a reservation for our students to go see Hope Baptist's Judgment House on 10/27 from 6:15-8:00 p.m. This is a walk-through drama that presents the truth of people’s choices versus the consequence of those decisions both in this life and the next. We will provide transportation to and from LaBelle Haven.

Volunteer Luncheon

The church could not function without our volunteers and we want to show our appreciation.  We’re asking volunteers who serve in the following areas to join us Sunday, November 10, immediately following the morning worship service in the Atrium for lunch:

Audio/Visual, Greeters/First Impressions, Kitchen Crew, Money Counters, Nursery, and Youth Volunteers.  Please go by the Ticket Center and sign up so we can prepare enough food.

Women's Christmas Brunch

Our LaBelle Haven Women are having a Christmas brunch on November 16th from 10-12. For this event, we need a few of our ladies to sign up as “table hostess,” bring their favorite holiday decorations, and decorate a table.  If you are interested in doing this, you can sign up at the Ticket Center today. Ticket sales begin next Sunday.
