Memphis Union Mission – Today

This is the day we go to the Memphis Union Mission to prepare and serve their evening meal. If you would like to serve and receive a great blessing be at 383 Poplar Ave. today at 3:00 p.m. If you have any questions, see Bob Alexander in the sound booth.

LaBelle Kids Movie Day

This Wednesday, July 24, the LaBelle Kids will leave at 9:00 a.m. to see “Sing” at Malco. Money for snacks is needed. Sign up at the Ticket Center.

Primetimers – July 25

Our next Primetimers meeting is this Thursday, July 25, at 11:30 a.m. Our members and guests over the age of 55 are invited to join us. The church will provide the meat and we are asking members to provide the sides and desserts. Ms. Laura Jenkins will provide our program.

Ladies Night Of Worship – July 26

Get your tickets for $12 at the Ticket Center for our Ladies Night of Worship. We will serve dinner at 6:30 p.m. followed by Ms. Rita Sweatt and Ms. Rachel Faller leading our ladies in worship.

Youth Pool Party – July 28

On July 28th from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. the LaBelle Students will have a pool party and cookout at Deborah Rhea’s house.

Young Ladies Night of Worship – August 2

On August 2nd at 6:30 p.m., the young ladies of LaBelle Students will go to DeSoto Hills for a night of worship and fellowship. This is for all 6-12th grade ladies, and the event is free of charge. Please sign up at the Ticket Center, where there is also a QR code to scan to sign up. 

Collingsworth Family Concert – August 8

The Collingsworth Family will be in concert at LaBelle Haven on Thursday, August 8, at 7:00 p.m. You can purchase your tickets at www.thecollingsworthfamily.com. For those not comfortable ordering their tickets online, there is a sign-up sheet at the Ticket Center for the church to order your ticket for you. The cost of the tickets must be paid before your tickets can be ordered. General admission tickets are $25.

Teacher Appreciation – August 11

On August 11, LaBelle Haven will honor local schoolteachers, aides, and administrators by recognizing them and praying over them as they begin the new school year. We also will share a gift with the teachers in the service that day. Please invite local school educators to join us on August 11. There are Big Blue Buckets throughout the building to drop off school supplies for the new school year. 

Deacon Widow Ministry

LaBelle Haven attempts to partner all widows/widowers with a deacon that can minister to them when the need arises. If you are an ordained deacon and would like to serve in this ministry would you please write your name and “deacon widow ministry” on a guest slip and place it in an offering basket?

WEDNESDAY NIGHT SUPPER MENU:

       The menu will consist of:  Bacon Ranch Chicken, Corn, Green Beans, Rolls, Salad, and Chocolate Pie for dessert.  Prices are $6 for adults and children 12 and over, and $3 for children under 12. (Children's menu: Chicken Nuggets, Chips, Dessert & Drink.)  Drinks are free. No sign-up is necessary. Join us for dinner! Dinner will be served from 5:15 - 6:00 p.m.
