Called Business Meeting – August 19

There will be a called business meeting on Wednesday, August 19, for the

purpose of approving the purchase of a new sound board for the Worship Center.

Wednesday Night Fellowship Meal

This Wednesday night, August 19, the LaBelle Student Ministry will

provide our fellowship meal. The cost is the same and the proceeds will benefit

summer camp in 2027.

Soccer Field Outreach

This Saturday, August 22, we will meet at the Olive Branch Soccer

Complex 8:00 a.m. to hand out water and Gatorade and to invite people to LaBelle

Haven. Please sign up at the Ticket Center to volunteer to help.

Deacon/Widow Banquet – August 22

LaBelle Haven will have our annual Deacon/Widow Banquet this

Saturday, August 22, at noon. If you are a widow or widower and have not been

contacted but would like to participate in the banquet, please call the church office

to sign up.

Primetimers to Lambert’s – August 27

This month the LaBelle Primetimers (adults 55+) will head to Lambert’s

in Sikeston, MO, for a day trip to eat at Lambert’s, home of the throwed rolls. The

bus will leave at 8:00 a.m. There is a sign-up sheet at the Ticket Center.

Associational Senior Adult Rally – Cancelled

The DeSoto/Tate Baptist associational senior adult rally for August has

been cancelled.

Local Restaurant Discount

Our friends at La Estrella Grill, 8942 Midsouth Dr, Olive Branch, are

offering a 10% discount today for customers who show a church bulletin from

LaBelle Haven Baptist Church.

Respite Volunteers Needed

Our Respite Care Ministry needs more volunteers. If you are interested and

would like to know more, there will be a volunteer training meeting on August 23,

from 2:00-5:00 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room. See Ed or Jennifer San Nicolas
