Earlier this year the movie I Can Only Imagine was released in theatres and was a box office success. The movie is based on the song by the same name that was originally performed by the band, Mercy Me and is still widely used across the world. The song is based on the life story of Mercy Me bandmember, Bart Millard. His mother leaves her family leaving a 10-year old Bart with an abusive father. The movie details Bart’s coming to Christ and efforts to reconcile with his father. We are excited to be having a movie night at our church Sunday night, July 22, beginning at 6:00 p.m. where we will show I Can Only Imagine. We are going to show the movie in the Multipurpose Room and will have movie snacks available. However, if the crowd outgrows our Multipurpose Room we will move to the Worship Center where snacks are not allowed. This is going to be a great family night at LaBelle Haven. Please use this as an opportunity for outreach.
