Memphis Union Mission – Today

This is the day we go to the Memphis Union Mission to prepare and serve their evening meal. If you would like to serve and receive a great blessing be at 383 Poplar Ave. today at 5:00 p.m. If you have any questions, see Bob Alexander in the sound booth today.

Wednesday Night Dinner

The LaBelle Kids will be providing our fellowship meal this Wednesday night to raise money for next year’s summer camp. The menu consists of pancakes, sausage, and eggs. The price will be same as always but there will not be a children’s menu.

PrimeTimers Meeting – July 23

Our next Primetimers meeting is this Thursday, July 23, at 11:30 a.m. Buddy Perstrope, the former pastor of New Prospect Baptist Church, will be our speaker. All of our members and guests over the age of 55 are invited to join us. The church will provide the meat, and we are asking members to provide the sides and desserts.

Andrew Chesteen Preaching – July 26

Next Sunday, July 26, Dr. Andrew Chesteen will be sharing God’s Word with LHBC. Pastor Andrew is the president of the Mississippi Baptist Convention and the senior pastor of First Baptist Church of New Albany. This is a wonderful opportunity to hear one of our state’s choice servants of the Lord.

Vitalant Blood Drive – July 29

We are hosting a blood drive on Wednesday, July 29, from 2:30-6:00 p.m. You can sign up for a donation time through their website at donors.vitalant.org and put in code labellehaven or scan the QR code at the Ticket Center to go straight to the appointment page. 

Heart For Education Sunday – August 9

LaBelle will honor all employees at local school districts who are present for our “Heart for Education Sunday” on August 9. We will receive a wish list from teachers present that Sunday. We will pray over all school employees that are in attendance. We will share a gift with our educators, and we will serve a meal after the service for all school employees present. Church family don’t forget that we are collecting school supplies to share with local teachers/schools. The Big Blue Buckets are out to collect the supplies.

LaBelle Ice Cream Shoppe Open Today

After the morning service the LaBelle Haven Ice Cream Shoppe will be open for everyone to stop by and get some free ice cream. Leave all the Snicker bars for Pastor Dean.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEAL PROVIDED BY THE CHILDREN’S MINISTRY:

       This week, our Children’s Ministry will be preparing & serving the Wednesday evening meal. We will have Pancakes, Sausage and Eggs. The cost will be $6 per person. . There will not be a kid’s meal offered this week. All proceeds from this meal will help raise funds for children’s summer camp.
