Deacon Election Begins Today

You will find an insert in the worship bulletin for nominating men to serve as deacons at LaBelle Haven. All of the requirements and the process for electing deacons are spelled out on the insert. Please help spread the word for our members who have not returned to worship because of COVID-19 that they can call the church office at 662-893-2273 and request a form by mail.

Trunk or Treat Family Night – This Wednesday

This Wednesday, October 28, we will have a Trunk or Treat Family Night on our parking lot from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. We will serve hotdogs and nachos at 5:30 p.m. so the participants can be at their cars by 5:45 p.m.

We still need trunks to hand out candy, please sign up at the Ticket Center. Decorating your trunk is encouraged but not required. If you have any questions you can contact Renea in the church office. In case of rain the event will still take place but will be a drive-thru where we share candy as cars drive through.

Ladies Brunch – November 7

The Labelle Haven Women’s Ministry would like to invite you to join us for some fun! We are hosting a Ladies' Fall Fiesta brunch on Saturday, November 7, at 10:00 a.m. Come join us for good food, fun games and great prizes. Space is limited, so get your ticket for $5.00 at the Ticket Center.

Prospective Members Banquet – November 8

Many of you have been visiting LaBelle Haven and praying about joining. Our church family invites you to attend our Prospective Members Banquet on Sunday, November 8, immediately following the worship service. We will serve a fantastic meal and the staff will answer any questions you have about our church. There is no cost for the banquet. Sign up today by putting your name, phone number, and the number of people attending with you on the prayer section of the guest information card attached to your worship bulletin. You will also have the opportunity to unite with LaBelle Haven at this banquet.

Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes Available

Today you can pick up your shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. This is a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse where they provide toys to boys and girls for Christmas in impoverished countries. The instructions are on the shoeboxes and they are to be returned to the church by November 15. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Renea. We are excited that LaBelle Haven is serving as a regional collection site for Mississippi. Other churches will bring their shoeboxes to LaBelle Haven where they will be packed in crates and delivered.

Bro. Dean and Ms. Cheryl on Vacation

Our pastor and his wife, Ms. Cheryl, are going to the mountains for a few days. The LaBelle staff will cover the pastor’s responsibilities this week.
