This Week at LaBelle

Youth Parent Meeting – Today

Immediately following today’s service Jamie would like to meet with all parents of youth in room #110 for a few minutes to discuss plans for a trip during Spring Break 2019. All parents are encouraged to attend this meeting.

Teacher Prayer Cards Available – Today

Last week local school teachers shared with LaBelle Haven a list of prayer concerns and items needed for their classrooms. These prayer concerns and supply lists are available this morning on the kneeling benches at the front of the Worship Center. The prayer cards have a bracelet attached for you to wear over the next couple of weeks to serve as a reminder to pray for your teacher. Different families can partner together, Sunday school classes, or individuals can adopt a teacher to provide supplies for them. Please turn in your school supplies for your teacher by next Sunday morning, August 19. You may place them in the Big Blue Buckets. All of our cards are on the kneeling benches so please get your card during the welcome time to help a teacher.

High Attendance – August 26

We want DeSoto County to know how much we love our church. We are having a high attendance day at LaBelle Haven on August 26. No excuses, everyone is asked to attend on that Sunday. Leading up to August 26 we are going to have an “I Love LaBelle” campaign. We have yard signs and lapel buttons available for you today so you can proudly display your love for LaBelle. Our members will share during our services why they all love LaBelle. Also, everyone is asked to invite your neighbors and family members to join us for that special service on August 26.

Prospective Members Banquet – August 26

If you are a guest at LaBelle Haven and have questions about our church, we would like to invite you to a Prospective Members Banquet on Sunday, August 26, at 12:00 p.m. Immediately following the service we will serve you a wonderful lunch (at no cost to you) along with our church staff and their families. At this banquet you will earn about LaBelle Haven, and have all your questions answered. You may sign up by contacting the church office or placing your name and number in the section for prayer requests on the guest welcome card.
