Memphis Union Mission – Today

This is the day we go to the Memphis Union Mission to prepare and serve their evening meal. If you would like to serve and receive a great blessing, be at 383 Poplar Ave. today at 5:00 p.m. If you have any questions see Bob Alexander in the sound booth today.


X-Tended Missions Senior Adult Rally – Tomorrow

The X-Tended Mission Network, our local Baptist Association, is having a Senior Adult Rally tomorrow, February 18, at 10:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Senatobia. There will be a worship service followed by a meal served by the host church. The LaBelle Haven church bus will leave at 9:15 a.m.


Wild Game Supper Tickets On Sale

On Friday, March 15, the LaBelle Men will host a wild game supper. Tickets go on sale today for the event at $5 a ticket. Remember only 250 tickets are available! Men are to bring their favorite wild game dish. There will be door prizes plus several grand prizes. Our guest speaker will be Bro. Clint Walker, sheriff of Carroll County. Sherriff Walker is a man certain of His Savior, Jesus Christ and faithful in his service to citizens of Carroll County. This no-nonsense law enforcement officer will encourage all men and boys in their walk with Christ. See Wake McKinney, Perky Snyder, or Bud Cummings for your tickets.


Breaking Light Men’s Bible Study – March 6

Many men are looking to strengthen their walk with Christ. Surrounding yourself with other Godly men is one way to accomplish this. On March 6, we are beginning “Breaking Light,” a men’s Bible study and discussion that will take place every Wednesday morning at LaBelle Haven in the Atrium, 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. The Bible Study and discussion will be led by Coach Skip Brewer. No sign-up is necessary and men will enjoy coffee and a light breakfast and then head to work.


Spring Bible Studies Begin March 5

We will begin our Spring semester of men and women Bible studies on Tuesday night, March 5 at 6:30 p.m. The women will also have a Wednesday morning study beginning at 9:00 a.m. This Spring our classes offered are:


  • 33 Series, Session 1, authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus.
  • 33 Series, Session 2, authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus.
  • Unfolded – Finding God’s redemptive plan throughout the Bible


  • Taste and See – A look at the various foods mentioned in the Bible and what we learn from them. Tuesday night taught by Marie Hoots, Wednesday morning taught by Kimberly Bump.

The cost for each study is $15 & sign-up sheets are at the office entrance.


D-Now Weekend – March 8, 9

DNOW is almost here! We’re excited to have Trey Clenney as our speaker and Bethany Barr Phillips leading us in worship March 8-9, 2019. The cost is $40 per person and the deadline to sign up is March 3, 2019.
